Refund policy

At Willow Twin we have built a strong reputation based on the quality of our service to the customer.

As the materials in all our products are natural in accordance with the laws of the game; these materials naturally deteriorate with use and even with the best preparation, cannot be made impervious to the effects of poor quality balls, mistimed shots, yorkers, excessive tapping, general wear and tear etc. As a result it is impossible for anyone to accurately predict the life expectancy of a cricket bat. 

Bats manufactured by us are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, which we request photographic evidence of, prior to return. The warranty excludes damage caused by the use of poor quality balls, mistimed shots/yorkers, tapping and normal wear and tear. Once our stickers have been removed from the bat it no longer falls under the warranty.

As a consumer you have a right to cancel the contract you made with us within 7 working days from the day you received the goods.  To do this please email support@willowtwin.co.uk

If cancelling the contract within 7 working days, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us promptly and in the same condition as despatched. We also recommend insuring the products for delivery as we are not responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in the post on return to us. If you are returning by post, this is at your own cost and we will not refund your money until the product has been returned.

Once returned, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price, not including any delivery charges you incurred, no later than thirty days after receiving your returned goods.
